Practice area Details

The practice areas set out below reflect the office’s principal areas of focus and do not constitute an exhaustive definition of the matters we handle. Each situation is considered on its own merits, and we remain available for matters falling outside those expressly listed.

Commercial and Business Law

Commercial and business law governs the legal relationships that underpin economic activity. We advise and represent both natural persons and legal entities across a broad spectrum of commercial matters, from preventive counsel through to the resolution of disputes before the competent courts.

Our practice in this area covers the transfer and acquisition of business assets, commercial leases, unfair competition, negotiable instruments, and collective insolvency proceedings, representing both distressed businesses and creditors seeking to enforce their rights. We appear before the commercial courts and the relevant institutions, and we intervene at an earlier stage on contractual matters, risk assessment, and the options available when a commercial relationship deteriorates.

The south of Morocco, where the office is established, is a region of sustained commercial and agricultural activity, the density of whose business relationships generates the full range of disputes and transactions this field encompasses.
